Diverter Valve

Diverter valves are an essential part of pneumatic and gravity feed conveying systems. All TBMA diverter valves are available in a wide range of material executions and can be supplied for manual, electric or electro/pneumatic operation in closed guard
Special executions are possible on request.

• One channel conical plug diverter type RGPU
  Suitable for pneumatic lean and dense phase conveying lines for fine- and coarse-grain powders. Also suitable for gasses. Working pressure up to 3,5 bar. Gland or inflatable seals. Direct pneumatic drive unit with actuator. Size ranges from DN 150 up to DN 350.

• Two-channel conical plug diverter type TWD
  The TWD diverter can be used in pneumatic lean and dense phase conveying for powders and granulates. Also suitable for gasses. Working pressure up to 3,5 bar. Gland or inflatable seals. Direct pneumatic drive unit with air cylinder. Size ranges from DN 55 up to DN 125.

• Two-way diverter valve type RD
  Flap type diverter suitable for the routing of non-abrasive, free flowing powders and granulates in pneumatic conveying systems with a pressure of up to 1.4 bar. Available to suit conveying line diameters of up to 300 mm. Pneumatic control in closed guard.

• Two-way diverter valve type VDR
  Flap type diverter suitable for the routing of non-abrasive, free flowing powders and granulates with a maximum line pressure of 0.7 bar. Operated by an actuator according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337 so during operation it is possible to switch from product routing. Available with connecting flanges up to 250 square or with flanged reducers to suit conveying lines up to 300 mm diameter.

• Two-way Plug diverter valve type DVS
  The Plug diverter can be used where flap type valves are unsuitable due to high pressures, high temperatures or abrasive applications. Plug diverter valves are ideal for use in high vacuum conveying systems or where severe leakage or cross contamination cannot be tolerated.
  Impact pressure up to 10 bar. Standard range sizes up to 400 mm.

• "Weigh Direct" diverter valve
  For the `in-line' filling and venting of silos and hoppers. Available in 3 diameters of 50, 70 and 100 mm, the valve is suitable for a maximum conveying pressure of 1.5 bar.

• Gravity feed diverter valve type GFD
  This diverter valve is used in gravity feed systems when handling powder and granulated products. Available in fabricated, stainless steel and cast iron execution. 2-way and 3-way version with square flanges up to 300 mm square.

• Multi-way diverter valve Type DSP / DSC
  The DSP type is designed for use in pneumatic conveying systems whilst the DSC type is used in gravity feed situations.
  Both types are suitable for routing the product to multiple outlets. Multi-way diverter valves are available with a maximum of 12 outlets with a size range from 50 to 356 mm diameter.
